  • SALES STRATEGY
    • Create complete Account Profiles and well defined Account Plans for all assigned accounts
    • Execute, follow through and complete projects within assigned coverage
    • Plan and execute penetration activities for competitor accounts
    REVENUE GENERATION / BUSINESS PROFITABILITY
    • Achieve the monthly targets
    • Cultivate new accounts
    • Ensure the renewal of service contracts
    • Sell all range of products including complex services
    ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT / RETENTION
    • Regularly visit all assigned accounts. Build relationships with contact persons and decision-makers
    • Attend to all service outages and client service complaints and work internally towards their resolution
    • Uncover new / additional service requirements of customers and up sell new / additional services
    • Assist in the collection of overdue billings of all accounts handled
    • Effectively recommend and sell complex solutions to clients
    • Report potential and actual churn to ISE and make corresponding efforts to retain client (arrest disconnections)
    Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Administration
    • Telco or equipment Technical Sales experience would be an advantage.
    • With excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and selling skills
    • Aggressive, dynamic, highly motivated and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
    • Experiencein handling corporate, key accounts and / or carrier accounts, an advantage 
    • Do market research and consumer analysis
    • Recommend marketing strategies - Implement and evaluate marketing programs and plans
    • Prepare brand presentation materials - Monitor performance and analyze drivers of assigned product/service
    • Manage the product life cycle of assigned product portfolio

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or engineering
    • At least 4 years solid work experience in PRODUCT MANAGEMENT and/or brand management
    • Experience in Telco or IT industry is an advantage. - Knowledge in feasibility, design, planning, development and testing of products
    • An individual who finds fulfillment and challenge in product planning and promotion
    • Excellent verbal and writtten English communication skills
    • Formulate monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans for the assigned account/industry.
    • Analyze business strategies quarterly and create adjustments if necessary
    • Guide the sales team in developing specific industry strategies
    • Take responsibility in the group target/quota and delegate tasks to team members based on level and skills
    • Facilitate weekly sales team meetings for sales operations and pipeline review
    • Coach and train Account Managers for sales calls and client presentations
    • Make business decisions in solutions and partnerships with the help of Marketing and other Support Teams
    • Review proposals, costing, and contracts
    • Overss the whole sales cycle
    • Maintaint client and business partner relations
    • Develop career plans for the team members
    • Participate in bid conferences if necessary
    Minimum qualifications:
    • At least a bachelor's degree in business, management, or marketing
    • At least 5 years of related experience in sales and marketing, 2 years of which in managing people 
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Able to handle industries such as (1) retail, distribution & manufacturing or (2) BPO/IT/gaming
    • Experience in a logistics company is an advantage.
  • The RETENTION AND RECOVERY SPECIALIST shall be responsible for improving client retention and customer satisfaction by providing solutions and feedback for client's concerns received through surveys. S/He shall also handle the clients with high churn indicator and make necessary steps to improve customer satisfaction and minimize possibility of disconnection.
     
    • Conduct call outs to clients with negative survey result and resolve client's concern to improve client satisfaction
    • Build on customer experience (CE) relationships with existing customers to deliver revenue growth
    • Conduct baseline study on customers within CE's touchpoints to identify those with opportunities for growth and those that are risk of churn
    • Conduct call outs to clients with high churn indicator to check on the service provided to client; make necessary steps to lower churn risk
    • Recommend improvement in process based on feedback provided by clients
    • Recommend retention or development programs to identified customer within CE touchpoints and collaborate with Sales and Marketing for strategy creation and implementation
    • Conduct VOC sessions/research to identify customer pain points
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Must possess a bachelor's degree in IT or in engineering
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Good business acumen
    • Familiarity with tools, concepts, and methodologies of quality management
    • Good negotiation skills with customer-oriented attitude
    • Ability to gain buy-ins and consensus from others to accomplish goals
  •    

    • Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer
    • Good scholastic records and/or active in school organization
    • Preferably with a Profession Driver's License
    • With at least 1 year work experience in AC and power distribution
    • REQUIRED SKILLS: basic power system, basic AC system, basic safety engineering knowledge, basic power distribution system, basic electro-mechanical system, basic AutoCAD, basic electrical wiring
    • Effective communication skills
    • Check compliance on existing policies and procedures by process walk-through based on audit plan
    • Reommend improvements on policies and procedures based on assessment of adequct of internal control (findings)
    • Conduct follow-up on department's implementation of agreed recommendation to address control weakness
    • Assess adequacy of administrative actions based on noted violations
    • Provide assistance in addressing issues beyond policies and procedures
    • Perform quality audit; complete audit field work and initial draft of audit report
    • Review audit work papers and reports
    • Lead projects related to internal audit
    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor's degree in internal audit or accountancy; CPA is an advantage but not a requirement
    • Proven experience in risk-based internal audit
    • With at least 4 years solid experience in internal audit
    • At least 2 years experience in leading a project related to internal audit
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • With excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
    • With good project management skills
    • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • The MARKET SEGMENT SPECIALIST shall be responsible for providing assistance to the Market Segment Manager in the planning and implementatiion of marketing programs and strategies to increase market share and revenue in the consumer, SME, and enterprise segments
     
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Create and implement cost-efficient marketing programs to acquire new customers and increase revenue of the segment
    • Influence sales deployment plan to ensure ROI for each program is met.
    • Work with other functional teams (i.e. Marketing Services, Brand Management, IT, Finance, Sales, and Customer Experienec) in formulating and managing marketing initiatives
    • Develop clear understanding of the segment needs, technology trends, and competitive offerings in the market
    • Ensure timely and smooth execution of events and campaigns for the segment in coordination with Marketing Services
    • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze programs to ensure effectiveness
    • Prepare weekly and monthly status report
    • Prepare and manage segment program budget
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Must possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, or any related course
    • At least 1 year relevant work experience
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office applications
